What are Large Format Tiles?

Large Format Tile, also known as Thin Porcelain Slabs, are extra-large porcelain tile panels used for installation on walls, countertops, floors, and more. Any tile with one edge greater than 15” is considered "Large Format".

In the past few years this style of tile has grown in popularity and accessibility for a number of reasons. Most notably for their ability to make a space feel larger than it really is.

In the same way that bright or light colours can open up a space, large format tiles create a sense of continuity in a home. Large format tile provide that larger room feeling when installed on the floors or walls within a smaller space. And when you're working with an already larger room, think about the expanded feeling!
